Reporting Change of Address And/Or Dog Ownership

• According to Section 20A of the Rabies Regulation, Cap 421A, a dog keeper or any person to whom a dog licence has been granted must notify AFCD in writing of any change in the dog ownership or his/her address within 5 days of the change.
• Any person who contravenes the above commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $5,000.
