The department’s Kowloon Animal Management Centre (KAMC) has been relocated to G/F, Animal Management and Animal Welfare Building Complex, 16 Shing Yau Street, Kai Tak.
    
The dog vaccination and licensing services in KAMC have resumed normal. 
 
The KAMC opens between 9am and 1pm, and between 2pm and 4.30pm, Sundays and public holidays included.
