"Let's Go! The Pet Owner’s Journey" Pet Adoption Day 2024

The "Let's Go! The Pet Owner’s Journey" Pet Adoption Day 2024 was successfully held at Kai Tak AIRSIDE on June 8th and 9th, 2024. Thank you for your support and participation.
 
More than 18,000 citizens were attracted to this two-day pet adoption event, which was supported by Animal Welfare Organisations, including Hong Kong Society of Herpetology Foundation, Hong Kong Rabbit Society, the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Lifelong Animal Protection.
 
The various activities over these two days were both informative and interesting. Rabbits and reptiles available for rehoming were displayed, and visitors could learn about different types of small animals available for adoption. In addition, there were Sharing Sessions by Animal Welfare Organisations, Pet Adoption Consultation Service, VR Gaming Experience, Game Booths, Interactive Educational Exhibition, Handicraft Workshop, Instant Photo Booth, and Arm Painting Booth.







Over 18, 000 visitors were attracted by various activities in the Pet Adoption Day, and the venue was crowded with people.

Hong Kong Rabbit Society displayed rabbits available for adoption, visitors observed them closely with great interest.

Volunteers from Hong Kong Society of Herpetology Foundation introduced the living habits of reptiles, and enriched visitors’ understanding on this type of animal.
